Laptop hard drive problems:
If your laptop hard drive is making "clunking" or "knocking" noise's then this is a good sign that it doesnt have long to go before it dies so dont wait until it does and risk losing any data, we can replace your hard drive for you in your home/office in a few hours and you wont have to re-install anything at all.
This is also the case for upgrading your laptop hard drive if you find your drive is constantly full, and you need your files to remain with you on your laptop. Upgrading to a bigger hard drive takes only a few hours and no data is lost during the upgrade.
If your hard drive has crashed or died and you have valuable data you need to recover then again, get in touch and we can recover your data for you, but this can be a lengthy process so is best done in our office to avoid billing you for time on-site at your home or office. This process requires only a few hours of labour but can involve many hours of data processing using recovery methods and software which run "un-attended" such as drive scans, so its best if the laptop is returned to our office and the recovery process left to run its course, then we can get your data onto a DVD for you, and even replace your hard drive at the same time if you want.
